In May, 2024, the Executive Committee will not have a meeting. Instead, several of the newer board members will meet with the president and vice-president for orientation about Society By-laws, Master Plan, and other administrative history.
The Executive Committee volunteer board usually meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The meetings are open to the public.
